Hospitality Powered by iQ: Towneplace Suites Lebanon, PA

The new Towneplace Suites in Lebanon, PA, ensures peak performance from day one with a high-capacity iQ Series system and a dedicated high-temp booster.

Application Details:

As a new construction project, the Towneplace Suites on Blackford Blvd in Lebanon, PA, had the opportunity to design its hot water infrastructure for maximum efficiency and reliability. To meet the high-volume demands of a modern hotel without the footprint of traditional storage tanks, the property installed two iQ751 units to handle the primary domestic hot water load. This configuration provides endless hot water for guests with built-in masterless cascading, ensuring the hotel never faces a “no hot water” scenario.

In addition to guest comfort, the hotel’s operational needs required a high-temperature solution for back-of-house tasks. A third unit—an iQ251—was installed as a dedicated booster. This unit specifically services the property’s high-demand fixtures, including two 100 lb. commercial washers and a high-temp pot and pan washer. By utilizing the iQ251 for these specific loads, the hotel can meet strict sanitation standards without the need to maintain the entire building’s loop at extreme temperatures.
