The Park School has offered an exceptional independent education to boys and girls in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade since 1888. Their diverse student body of over 550+ students comes from the Boston metropolitan area to a beautiful 34-acre campus in Brookline, Massachusetts, near Jamaica Pond. At Park, students develop a passion for learning. Their outstanding teachers get to know each child through small classes and an active partnership with parents.

The Challenge

The school had large cast iron heating boilers that were run all year long for domestic water. The building’s water heater had a 350 gallon glass-lined storage tank. The indirect coil has been replaced over the years but the water heating system was at the end of its useful life.
