  2. In the targeted cities get the top contractors to try Intellihot. Shadow and ensure the first two installs are easy. Turn them into evangelists.
  3. Provide demo units and CEU education training at local unions.
  4. Specific to Neuron, highlight that the lower weight substantially cuts labor costs and increases contractors’ profitability doubling jobs per day.
  5. Do not size jobs per other BTU received from others. Intellihot sizing will be 50% smaller, cost competitive, make more margins and win the job.
  6. Deliberately determine why we lost jobs (prices, relationship, storage, etc) and brainstorm solutions with Intellihot.

  7. Preemptively flag applications that can be problematic – well water or pressure boosting, complex plumbing with space heating boilers combined with water heating, industrial or process applications. Use an outside engineer to design and stamp installation. Ensure water quality within table.
  8. Do not substitute Intellihot units in a boiler side arm set ups. Instead set up our units as “tankless”
  9. Only on Wall and Neurons models: On start up, do not “tune” gas valves unless–propane conversion, install over 4000 ft, replacing gas valve, noisy or resonance at low fire, hard ignition. Check gas pressure and regulator.
