Four Intellihot iQ1501 units were installed at North Cove, a newly constructed 611-unit affordable housing community at 375 W 207th Street in New York. These high-efficiency systems provide reliable, on-demand hot water while helping the development meet modern sustainability and performance standards.
BTU Heating & Cooling Inc. helped start up the units at the site. Two units were installed on one side of the building. Two other units were installed on another side of the building.
