The property includes a heated indoor pool, fitness center and a 24-hour snack pantry. Guests can also enjoy a post-work cocktail and a bite to eat at the hotel’s elegant lounge and restaurant.

The Challenge
Energy usage and reliability was the major concern for this seasonal market. This new hotel’s management wanted to be able to satisfy customers’ needs at full capacity, as well as supply an efficient and redundant system for their guests.
