No matter the size of the project, Intellihot’s tankless water heaters have you covered!

Upchurch Services (based out of Mississippi) helped fire up 17 million BTUs/hr. in a luxury hotel brand renowned for its exceptional service, elegant accommodations, and upscale amenities.

The hotel now has 14 iQ251s and 9 iQ1501s, equaling 17,000,000 BTUs of storage-free hot water to maximize energy efficiency. (6) iQ251s were used for the spa fixtures and showers and we installed (8) iQ251Ds for a pool application. 

Special note: To maximize space in a small mechanical room and meet a new code requiring all units be 7′ off the ground, floor mounted models were not used.
