Out with the old and in with the new!

Harrell’s Commercial Plumbing, in San Antonio, Texas had very limited space to work with when a nursing and rehabilitation facility wanted more reliability. The facility needed an efficient system to supply 40 lavatories and 4 showers. 

Intellihot came to the rescue, replacing two giant storage tanks (120-gallons each) and a poorly maintained unit on the roof with two ASME-certified commercial tankless wall hung water heaters.  The Intellihot iQ251 units not only reduce space in the boiler room, but they also result in a more reliable piping set up that reduces maintenance and avoids downtime.
