Why Intellihot Welcomes DOE's New Standards

Intellihot welcomes DOE’s ruling for various reasons:

  • It will help commercial properties reduce their carbon footprint. The new regulations are projected to save 38 million metric tons of CO₂ emissions from the atmosphere between 2026 and 2055.
  •  It will help filter out inefficient products from non-American manufacturers that harm the North American environment with their unsustainable operation.
  • It will allow commercial properties to save more on their gas bills.
  • Intellihot has proven the ability to manufacture efficient commercial water heaters that do not increase upfront costs.  Our entire product range will be compliant with DOE’s 2026 mandates.
