Located at 1455 Meadowlark Lane in Kansas City, Kansas, Black Bird Apartments is a multifamily residential community requiring dependable domestic hot water for daily resident use. Like many existing apartment properties, the building relied on traditional storage water heaters that were approaching the end of their service life — creating maintenance concerns, inefficiencies, and space limitations.
To modernize the system and improve performance, the property replaced its aging water heaters with two Intellihot iN199 tankless units, delivering high-efficiency, on-demand hot water in a compact, long-lasting configuration.
The installation was completed by D-M Plumbing & Waterworks LLC, who managed the removal of the existing water heaters and integration of the new Intellihot system.
