As a new construction project designed for extended-stay comfort, StudioRes Leland required a hot water system that could handle high demand with absolute reliability. To achieve this, the property installed a combined system featuring two iN501 units and one iN199 unit. This configuration provides the industrial-grade power needed for endless hot water across all guest suites while maintaining maximum energy efficiency.
The system was expertly installed by Mega Plumbing of the Carolinas, who praised the Intellihot units for their ease of installation and superior design. By utilizing Intellihot’s masterless cascading technology, the units work in tandem to share the load, providing built-in redundancy that ensures the facility remains fully operational even during maintenance.
