As a new construction project in a high-traffic vacation destination, the Hyatt House in Destin, FL, required a hot water infrastructure that could handle the simultaneous demands of a full-occupancy hotel. To provide endless hot water without the massive footprint of traditional storage tanks, the property installed three iN501 units. This industrial-grade setup delivers consistent, on-demand power across the entire building, ensuring guests never experience temperature fluctuations during peak morning hours.

By utilizing Intellihot’s Masterless Cascading technology, the three units work in synchronization to balance the property’s load. This design provides built-in redundancy; if one unit requires maintenance, the others automatically scale up to prevent any disruption in guest service. This compact, all-tankless installation reclaimed valuable mechanical room space and eliminated the standby energy loss inherent in traditional systems, resulting in a smarter, more efficient facility.
