The Homewood Suites in Carmel recently resolved a major operational headache: an aging tankless rack system. While these rack systems are often marketed as a solution for large properties, they introduce significant risks, including excessive internal piping, dozens of failure points, and the “cascading failure” effect where one unit’s issue can bring down the entire rack.
To simplify their infrastructure, the property worked with Intellihot’s Inside Sales team to design a more resilient system. The messy, six-unit rack was replaced by just two iN501 units installed by Earl Gray and Sons Plumbing.
