Three Intellihot iQ751 units were installed by RW Lapine at the student housing facility.
With 257 rooms to support, Western Michigan University’s Eldridge Hall faced a common collegiate dilemma: an aging, inefficient hot water storage system that struggled to meet peak morning demands and took up massive amounts of floor space.
To ensure 24/7 reliability for hundreds of students, the university partnered with RW LaPine to replace their legacy water heating system with three Intellihot iQ751 tankless units.
