At the 606 Blue Apartments, a 128-room luxury apartment building located in the heart of downtown Chicago, resident comfort is a top priority. With premium amenities that include a rooftop terrace and dog washing stations, the facility requires a highly dependable domestic hot water system. The property faced a significant challenge when one of their existing water heaters failed entirely, while the second unit required frequent repairs.
